Sean Handa took a progressive approach to marketing our home by way of advertising on social media, doing a video tour as well as a photo package of our home. We got a lot of feedback from friends and family who had seen our listing on Facebook and Instagram Our rural property had an accepted conditional offer less than 4 weeks after being listed. After 2 months of the buyers not selling their home, they decided to take their home off the market, thus terminating the offer on our house. Within a week we had another offer with no conditions and for full asking. So, despite it taking 8-12 weeks to sell, that was mainly due to the 1st buyers backing out. That was not a reflection on Sean's ability to sell our home. Lastly, Century 21 has a great team at the booking desk, Louise was fantastic at handling all the showings and very pleasant and courteous on the phone.

Sean was a great broker who did the extra things that make a difference. He had a professional photographer take photos and make a video. The system the photographer used also made a floor plan layout, which was added to the booklets Sean had made to market the house. As someone who also bought a house out of province, it would have been helpful to have this information when I as buying. He was very responsive to any questions I needed answered. All in all, it was very nice dealing with him and I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who was selling their house.
